You have the option to remove any messages you have sent to your coach via the "Remove Message" button. Our browsing encryption system (SSL) is compliant with the latest security standards. Our databases are encrypted and scrambled, making them virtually worthless if they were to be stolen or compromised. We do not collaborate with any insurance companies, so you don't need to worry about any of your information being shared, reported or filed with them. If you want any of your records to be released to a third party, let your coach know and they will help arrange the release.

When you sign up with us, we ask you to create a "nickname" which will be used to identify you in our system. This nickname will not require your full name or contact information. However, when you begin the coaching process, we do need to ask for your contact information in case of emergency situations, such as when your coach believes you or someone else may be in danger. Additionally, your coach may request additional information about you if it is required by their licensing board guidelines. We are committed to protecting your data, and as a result, we adhere to the confidentiality requirements of the coach board and licensure, which is the same as in-office coach.
